    REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:
    Refund Policy
    Austra Fashion does not offer cash refunds. However, we provide an exchange or a store coupon of the same value in the following cases:

      Wrong size received
      Color discrepancy
      Damaged product

      Exchange Policy:
      We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

      If the product is damaged or defective, Austra Fashion will cover the return shipping cost.
      If the customer requests an exchange for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), they must cover both-way delivery charges.
      Exchanges are available only for orders within Pakistan.
      Items must be unused, with tags intact and in their original packaging.
      The exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
      Important: To claim a damaged or missing item, customers must record a video while opening the package. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

      Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement.

      SHIPPING & ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
      Shipping Policy
      Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
      Domestic (Pakistan) delivery: 4-5 working days (delays may occur on public holidays).
      International delivery: Timelines vary based on destination.

      Order Cancellation Policy
      Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.
      Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
      To cancel an order, contact our customer service team before 6 PM on the day of order placement.
      Austra Fashion reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
