Order Cancellation

Refund & Exchange
No, Austra Fashion does not offer cash refunds. However, we provide exchanges or a coupon of the same value for future purchases in cases of size issues, color errors, or damaged products.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will exchange it at no extra cost. However, you must record a video while opening the parcel as proof. Claims without a video will not be accepted.
