REFUND POLICY:
Austra Fashion does not offer cash refunds. However, in cases of size issues, color errors, or damaged products, we provide an exchange or issue a coupon of the same value, which can be used for future purchases from our store.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you receive a product with damage or defects, Austra Fashion will take responsibility for exchanging the item. The customer must return the parcel through Austra Fashion’s authorized courier service provider to our provided address.
Conditions for Exchange:
If the customer requests an exchange for any reason other than damage or defects, they must cover both-way delivery charges.
Exchange is available only for purchases made within Pakistan.
Items can be exchanged within 3 days of receiving the order.
The article must be unused, with all tags intact and original packaging.
Important Note:
To process any claims for damaged or missing items, customers must record a video while opening the parcel. Claims without a video will not be accepted.
Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement.
